Terms of use

By placing an order or making an account, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

• I will NOT provide you with any games, or where to get them. If you ask, your order will be cancelled.
• I’m not responsible for any damage caused by the mod, it’s up to you to know how to properly use the mod you want installed, and any risks come with it.
• If by some reason I damage your system while modding it (example: knock a component off, break a connector), I’ll repair the damage.
• If by some reason I kill your console while modding it (example: the console no longer powers on). I’ll replace the system, install the mod/s in the new system, and refund you half the cost of the service (per console, not order total).
• I’m not responsible for anything that may happen because of the mods. (examples: bans or data loss.)
• I take photos of the consoles I work on when I open the box if there is any damage, this is to make note of any pre-existing damage, or damage from shipping. I’ll send these pictures to you to confirm any findings. This is to prevent people trying to get damage they caused fixed. These are deleted as I clean up pictures on my phone.
• I’m not responsible for any damage received during shipping, this includes to and from. That will have to be taken up with your shipping company.
• I take pictures of your console as I’m working on it. This is to confirm the installation, help check for any issues. The pictures contain no identifiable information, like serial numbers. These will not be deleted even if requested as they belong to me and contain nothing to tie it directly to you. I also send these pictures to you so you can see what’s going on.
• I try to keep a 3 business day turnaround time. sometimes it’s longer. If it’s going to be longer than 5 business days, I’ll inform you beforehand. I have 0 desire to keep your console. My reputation is worth more than any console. But sometimes life happens, and it’ll be a while.
• I don’t ship out on weekends. Consoles received on Friday or Saturday will be shipped out on the coming Monday at the earliest.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

You control your data, I can delete your data on request at any point.
